We have worked hard on our community mural project & now we are going to celebrate!
Come and be one of the first to see the new public mural at its unveiling on August 10th at 11:00am, at Aldrich Church.
Festivities begin at 10:00am with, refreshments, local artists, live music, a photo booth, art activities, and the much anticipated mural unveiling.

Art is for everyone during AAC’s Garden Mural Project this July!
Join our classes for ages 11-18 or attend one or more of our community mural workshops.
There are only a few more spots in our mural classes so register soon! Classes start Monday July 8th.
For the remaining Thursday evenings in June, join the CARAG neighborhood for a free concert at Bryant Square Park and a summer art project provided by Aldrich Arts Collaborative. Join us at the park from 6:30-8:00pm and get ready to create! The activity is for all ages & the park is located at 3101 Bryant Ave S, Minneapolis.
“Make You Mark With Art” May 2013
We have already started creating & it is an exciting summer with Aldrich Arts Collaborative. We are gathering local artists, businesses, organizations, and neighbors in Minneapolis.
With a generous grant from MRAC*, we will be beginning the Garden Mural Project, our second public art piece with the community July 2013.
There are many opportunities to volunteer, show your work, feature your local business, & learn in one of our workshops or classes. Connect with the community through creativity.

Aldrich Arts Collaborative will be joining the many festivities at the Mayday Parade and Festival in Minneapolis, on Sunday May 5, 2013. We will be hosting a table located in the info booth section, with a free painting project. Come stop by and create with us! We will also be sharing about our upcoming summer 2013 classes. Tell Your Story with Aldrich Arts Collaborative this Fall! Using comics or clay, learn techniques from professional artists.
Create a finished piece for the gallery exhibition at the end of class.

Comic Illustration Class: Local Comic Book illustrator extraordinaire Diana Green will help you develop your unique story and characters. Watch as your story comes to life as you complete a finished comic book by the end of class.
Clay Sculpture Class: Become confident in working with clay as you work alongside a professional ceramicist. You will discover new techniques to help you tell a story with a sculpture piece that will be as one of a kind as you are.
